Artwork
What file type should I upload?
Logo files should be in a PDF or .AI file with all information you would like printed on the item included
Do you keep my artwork on file?
Yes. All artwork is kept on file for easy reordering.
Can I specify a PMS color for my print?
Yes. Just make sure to message us right away so it can show on your proof. Depending on the item we can either match the exact PMS or take the closest similar one.
Will I get to see how my item will look with my logo before it goes into production?
Yes, We send a proof with all orders. It might take up to 48 hours to receive it, It will show you exactly the color and logo size.
Do you charge a setup fee?
No. on most standard items with a one color print there's no additional setup fee.
Shipping & Delivery
How fast will I get my order
Standard production for most items is 2 - 4 weeks. Have a specific date you need it by? Make sure to let us know.
Can you rush my order?
Call or message us with the item you're interested in to confirm we can meet your in hands date.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Standard ground shipping to one location is included in the price.
Can you dropship my order to multiple addresses?
Yes. When checking out you'll be able to download a CSV with a dropship template. Standard dropshipping for most items within the continental US is additional $15 per address
Custom Gift Boxes
What's included with each gift box?
Each gift box includes a custom card with your branding and company message. A custom box sleeve is upon request with a 50 piece box minimum.
Can I personalize the box with my logo?
We currently do not offer box personalization. A custom box sleeve is upon request with a 50 piece box minimum. Large order quanities of 500 Pieces ordered with a 10 week lead time includes a custom box printing and design.
Can the items in the box have my logo?
Every box has at least one item that can be imprinted. The minimum order is dependent on the item.
Can I switch around items in the box?
Yes. Please reach out to us to see how our boxes can best fit your needs and budget.
Can you create fully a fully custom box based on my needs and budget?
Sure. We're happy to work with you on creating the gift box of your dreams. We do have a 50 Piece minimum
Can you dropship to my recepients?
Yes. All boxes above $100 per box include free dropshipping within the continental US. For boxes below that theres a flat shipping rate of $10 a box.
